We source the best local fresh ingredients for all our food, including native Australian products grown on our own country property, to create imaginative and interesting menus.  This allows us to offer our clients enormous variety and choice as well as the flexibility to tailor an existing menu to exact specifications and budget.  Menus include Table Service, Buffet, Table Banquet, Cocktail, Barbecue, Luncheon, Breakfast and Morning & Afternoon Tea.  We also offer personlised six to ten course Degustation Menus that are matched with wines from a chosen vineyard.  Included with all our menus is an enormous range of beverage packages to suit anyones palate.
